A cynical hunter with just a hint of a superiority complex, Lepimpelf prides himself on being from the "superior" race, and thus often looks down on his companions. Of course, the real reason he attempts to act superior is to divert attention from his hilariously ill-conceived name. Comparatively, he's quiet and fairly reserved and often opts to let Palipaw do the talking (which he does a lot of). Although he'd like everyone to think otherwise, his "pet" Kuma actually wears the pants in their relationship.

The quintessential opportunist, Palipaw never seems to forget who's number one. He's a bit of a hothead and will generally do anything to make a quick buck. He also enjoys flaunting his giant hammer (you know what they say about men with giant hammers), which he claims he stole from the mighty god Thor himself. In actuality he stole it from a castle construction site while the workers were on lunch.

Short for "Mistress Vivian," Vivi enjoys long walks on the beach followed by a playful swing through the park. That is, before roasting her date in a fit of embarrasement. Vivi's title of "Mistress" has nothing to do with her mastery of the elemental arts, because she has none. Her emotions have a tendency to manifest themselves in all sorts of pyrotechnic glory, all outside her control. This, coupled with the fact that she's somewhat shy, often ends in unpleasant situations. In order to keep her immense power in check, she is constantly accompanied by her two spirit guardians, Ping and Pong.
